The first Vignoli came on the market in 2004 with its thin pizza and innovative plastic gloves for those who preferred to use their hands while tasting the delicious and incomparable pizzas of the house. Gloves are still a charm and attractive to most of our customers. The cozy and open air atmosphere, with original decorative pieces and many antiques, is ideal for those looking for comfort and intimate atmosphere at dinner time. In the menu are offered pizzas, starters, salads, risottos and pasta for all tastes, as well as a varied wine list. Vignoli is constantly innovating, betting on the growth of its facilities and the opening of new units to receive the constant increase of the public and the demands of the orders. Currently, it has four units in Fortaleza, one in So Lus and one in Lisbon (Portugal). In the capital of Cear and in Maranho it is also possible to savor the delights of Vignoli Expresso, where it is possible for the customer to be the chef and to assemble his pasta and salads.
