The restaurant is born of an idealization of two friends, a new challenging project and passion of Chef Fbio Lunz for the gastronomy, Cozinha Origem is a restaurant of Brazilian contemporary food, in a style of fusion of cuisines, is situated in Cachoeiro de Itapemirim - ES. With a project since 2016, but being founded in the year 2018, by Fabio Lunz, the restaurant brings a proposal of a new course for gastronomy in the south of the state.
