The Rock is such a great restaurant and bar. The food is simply amazing, too delicious. It has a great vibe, nice music and the waitors speak good English and are friendly. I will sure be back here next time I am in Vitoria!
Second time to visit while in Vitoria. The food is amazing the drinks are great but the atmosphere is THE BEST! Not everywhere has staff that speaks English, but By Rock does. Matt always takes great care. I love this place!
