Opened in February 2010 in Vitoria, Soeta is led by the partners Brbara Verzola, Pablo Pavn and Marly Farah. Barbara and Pablo lead the kitchen, which delivers experiences la carte and proposes 2 tasting menus, "Tradio", more classic, and "Criativo", more daring. The menu, authorial, is based on clear techniques applied to local ingredients, respecting the seasonality of the products. In its mezzanine, Soeta promotes culinary courses with chefs Brbara and Pablo and hosts intimate events, with menus tailored for celebrations such as weddings, anniversaries and corporate meetings.
