I have dined here many times, and am never disappointed. The meal is always well prepared, in generous portions, and the service is very good. The deserts are delicious! Children’s menu is available. Book a table if possible, it’s always busy. There is a room with a longer table for groups.
Good service in a nice location. You will need a car to get there, since it is tucked in a high-end residential neighborhood of the capital. But there is free parking space in the site. You might experience some hard time to get a table during lunch time and in weekends. So you better book ahead.
To me, this is the best restaurant in Brasilia: every time I’ve been there the food has been excellent. Taypá’s modern version of traditional Peruvian dishes mixed with local ingredients makes for an incredibly creative menu that’s always changing, and which never failes to impress me.I heard that Taypá was recently chosen by an international culinary magazine as the 3rd best Peruvian restaurant in the world outside of Peru. I certainly don’t doubt it.
