The Aipim is a Brazilian restaurant with bistro charm and served with plenty. The kitchen has taste funds pots, smell peppers, fruit, molasses, soleadas meats and textures of nuts, flour, and the vast majority of locally produced ingredients. That's how Magda Moraes with over 20 years dedicated to Brazilian cuisine, sets the Aipim. From your kitchen out: pastelzinho of corned beef, hamburger, corned beef in pumpkin, pacu baked in banana leaf ... and more! Chef Magda Moraes is training economist, and heart cook! Connected to their roots south bush grossenses is in love with Brazil. Surpassing the kitchen limits, as leader of the Slow Food Convivium was invited to attend Terra Madre, the largest gathering of producers and cooks in Turin in Italy, he took the sapicu bocaiuva to be cataloged in the "Ark of Taste", culminating his project "Bocaiva, Peace Palm". She received the statuette Dolman Award 2014 Brazilian cuisine in Recife and was entitled Ambassadress of South Mato Grosso kitchen in 2016.

    Fabulous evening. Food delicious and imaginative, service extraordinary. Owner and chef presented the food and partner later drove us home in restaurant car. Highly recommend.

    Nice environment and service. Different dishes with local ingredients. I had the pumpkin entrance and the sweet potato bread with pestp and tomatoes, which were amazing. Then I had a banana and cashews risotto, also amazing! Really recommend.

    Came to Bonito with sone friends and have decided to try Aipim. We had a few appetizers to try it all and they were delicious. And as a main course I had pintado (fish) with passion fruit sauce. That was great!
