Within Italy, especially in Tuscany, the FORNACE name is given to the large oven or high-temperature furnace that is used for various activities in the area of Italian cuisine, including the manufacture of pizzas. Taking advantage of this evocative name and will see a deficiency in the local market of Uberaba / MG, it was founded in mid-1991 the first delivery pizza store to home city.
