Rima dos Sabores is a specialized home in exotic snacks and specialty beers. Directed to the audience who likes to try different dishes harmonized with beers of different styles. Located in the Prado neighborhood in an old house that has been adapted to the bar. The Rhyme of flavors and all decorated with recycled and reused composing a relaxed and unique environment. Our current capacity is 80 people. In our menu you will find dishes with meat: frog, lamb, alligator, ostrich, and harmonization among other suggestions. We have the concern to innovate always creating new dishes, rhyming different flavors. We partner with major brewers names in Brazil and especially Minas Gerais, with which we conduct targeted courses to promote beer culture. Beer history courses, matching beer with food, manufacturing. Our professionals are trained to assist you in choosing the best combinations, well they know the beers from our menu and the best rhymes of styles and flavors.
