Located in the bohemian area of Belo Horizonte, in the Santa Tereza neighborhood, Bianchet Terrace is a newly opened bistro with Italian family origin. In addition to Italian influences, the bistro also has references to the cuisine of Minas Gerais . One of the family members lived for a period in Spain and learned some touches of local cuisine.
