It is cozy and frequented by locals. The food and drinks are expensive for that sort of place. I have been there several times but I am a little bit fed up with a feeling of rip off. The service is decent though.
I found this place by accident and decided to try it. It was a pleasant experience. The rice cakes are delicious and the service is very attentive and kind. Besides, the food was delicious and the mignon was cooked to perfection. Happy.
