The Flower Avenue Coffee is heir to the old cafes set in bucolic Boca Maldita. It brings together 60 years of opinion-formers from the city. The Tijucas Building - where the Coffee is located - was the first skyscraper in Curitiba, inaugurated in 1958. In the 1960s and 1970s Luiz Xavier Avenue, now the smallest avenue in the world, was known as Cinelndia, because of 4 movie theater : Cine Avenida, which operated at Palacio Avenida; the Cine Palcio, in the traditional Garcez Building and the Odeon and Opera Cinemas, in the Tijucas Building.
