About
A "Caiara" is a Brazilian of the Southern Coast. Caiaras are descendants of the love children of the indigenous people of this region with Europeans, and Africans.We are caiaras, and we like fresh seafood, long cooking stews, plantains, hearts of palm trees, and all forms of cassava.
