After graduating in Administration and seeing himself unhappy at work, Tiago Sphair decided to change his life upside-down and follow his dream: satisfying people through taste. He inaugurated Ateli de Pes (Bread Studio) in 2017 and has been seeing rapid recognition, delighting community with his craft breads and sweets made with care and without preservatives.
