COME TO MEET THE BEST RESTAURANT IN BRAZIL NOW IN LONDON, AT CATUA SHOPPING. Coco Bambu was born as a pastry shop in Fortaleza (CE), in 1989. Dom Pastel was created by the couple Afrnio and Daniela Barreira and, at the time, was only 20 square meters. The first restaurant of the chain opened its doors in 2001, also in Fortaleza, and began its expansion in 2005, with the inauguration of a unit in Salvador (BA).
