About
In a shed where a mechanical house once worked, the brewery pub is prominent in the region - called by many as BotaSoho, a reference to the trendy New York neighborhood. With a high ceiling, the project was inspired by industrial elements, and also preserves an old stone wall found during construction. Eight taps calibrate the pints of the clients. Three of them with Brewsil draft beer, three for guest brands and two for drinks on tap. From the kitchen, open to the salon, there are about ten options offered in the menu, between appetizers, snacks and desserts, signed by Sabor de Fato. And "The Belgian", by Andre and Gabriel Palatnic, signs three hamburgers served in the bar, one of them specially made for the house. For all menu options, a harmonization is suggested.
