I wanted a quick lunch at the Santos Dumont Airport and this not the corrected choice. There are some fast foods at Bossa Nova Mall. This is a good restaurant for more formalMeal. Good international food variety an quality.
If you have time to kill while you wait for your flight this is a good place to sit and have a beer and a snack. The service was reasonably quick and the beer beautifully chilled.
This is place is by far the worst option in the Airport. The buffet costs 80 reais and it’s a rubbish. The menu plates are even more expensive and the service is ridiculous. Avoid it at all costs!
As the main (only?) restaurant in the airport, the prices are excessive compared to the quality ans diversity of the food served in the buffet. At roughly 80 reais per kilo, we should expect some attractive food. This is definitely not the case.
Should you be stuck in the Santos Dumong airport this is a viable option for you to spend your time and have some decent food. I had the filet and veggies and it was nicely done, stick to the simple.
