Here, the maritime atmosphere divided attention with the dishes by Chef Roberta Sudbrack and cocktails from mixologist Nli Pereira. The flames of Josper, the charcoal oven through which most chef-created dishes pass, warm the heart of our kitchen. Without shyness, the use of fire results in extra layers of flavor and intense caramelization. The menu are marked by the transitional moments of the day. Everyone is welcome to visit Arp's beach bar, daily open from dawn to dusk.
