We ordered two baby chickens, one natural and the other with medium hot sauce. Both delicious and even though the hot sauce was on the side, the chicken was moist & juicy and beautifully marinated. The fried manioc yuka was not cooked enough (way too hard) so suggest they should cut it in smaller pieces so it cooks through as it was not pleasant to eat. The fries on the other hand were nice, crisp and hot. The vegetables (known as a vegetable salad) are served cold straight from the fridge comprising of crisp broccoli, beetroot, carrots and boiled yuka but would be nicer served at room temperature. The broccoli rice was good. Anyway the Chicken was the hero and so it should be!
