LA OLLA - Creative Peruvian Cuisine arrives in Rio de Janeiro proposing an invigorating Home Bistr experience. A cozy place in the heart of the lapa, with a privileged view of the arches, where the customer has exclusive service and a differentiated relation with the food and with the chef. Our menu is created according to the seasons and provided by the region's organic micro-products. The dishes are readings of the typical Peruvian dishes elaborated with the supplies of the station and others imported from Peru. We work with a menu selection, a way to present to customers a sequence of Peruvian dishes, depending on the cuisine of each region of Peru, its products, customs, culinary origin and history. To keep the format intimate and exclusive, we work with scheduled reservations as a way to integrate knowledge, cultural experiences and interactivity between the chef and the client. In the act of booking the order of the dishes can be changed according to dietary restrictions.
