Refettorio Gastromotiva is an initiative brought to Brazil by chefs Massimo Bottura (Food for Soul), David Hertz (Gastromotiva) and the journalist Ale Forbes to contribute to the fight against food wastage, malnutrition and social exclusion. On Fridays, we open our space and offer lunches prepared with refined ingredients for everyone who wants to know us.
