The Oliva Trattoria Mediterranean occupies the hall of the former Fish Market , since December 2014. The two-story house with 180m ballroom , was remodeled dcor with consultancy Lou Bittencourt . The unique design is signed by the architect Jimmy Bastian Pinto. The kitchen is at the helm the Italian chef Rudy Bovo , who came from Venice , Italy, for a season in Rio soil. Among the additions to the menu , created white fish carpaccio, tuna and salmon , burrata ravioli with cherry tomatoes and basil , ossobuco breaded and seafood paella. The old restaurant 's menu , some ordered the sea, as from red to cartoccio and seafood paella. The cellar houses Argentine labels , Italian, French , Chilean and Brazilian
