The Grand Cru is an importer of this wine and several capitals of Brazil . At Christmas we have two units ( Petrpolis and black tip ) , which ran in black tip with with our WINE BISTRO . The menu was inspired regional cuisine of Rio Grande do Norte , where we find valuable references of flavor and ingredients to present a modern kitchen and sometimes avant-garde . It was designed by chef Sonia Benevides , who has extensive experience in the most advanced cooking techniques , and after Masters in Portugal back to Natal, Brazil to reward us with their alchemy. Our kitchen is chef daily under the command of Marcellus Benevides , seek to bring diners a great eno- gastronomic experience .
