Thats how it happened with Marcia Dalla Chiesa, Sapore & Piaceres chef. She, who spent much of her time as a child with the fun recipes of cookies that her nanny made with her brothers. And, of course, even as time goes on, one's greatest gift always speaks louder. Marcia started risking herself into much more elaborate recipes and realizing that the culinary universe really was the passion of her life. And that's what Marcia puts on the table!
