In the Noite Alem you will enjoy a delicious dinner with the best of German food accompanied by delicious colonial coffee. There are about 130 varieties that are divided between the hot buffet with German food and the colonial coffee buffet. In German dishes, the Eisbein (pork knee), Kassler (boiled smoked steak), Bockwurst (sausage bock) and the traditional Sauerkraut (sauerkraut) stand out. There are also delicious dishes at the colonial coffee buffet, among the sweet dishes, authentic recipes brought by the settlers, such as the German Pie and the Apfelstrudel (german apple pie).
