The Locanda di Lucca seeks to provide a gastronomic organic and biodynamic experience for its visitors. Following the Slow Food philosophy, we plant most of the products we use or buy them from local organic farmers. Nowadays, we also have our first biological wines from Vinum Terra, a winery that, in a short time, will be producing only biodynamic wines!
