The Dado Bier is the 1st microbrewery in Brazil. Founded in 1995, is a reference in haute cuisine and pioneer in the manufacture of craft beers. It is the first in the country to follow the Reinheitsgebot, the Bavarian Purity Decree, created in 1516, to discipline the beer production in Germany. The excellence of the restaurants would refer the harmonization concept that brings together products for a better experience and gastronomic pleasure.
