The concept of our coffee shop is based on 3 pillars Special Coffee: We work only with special coffee, 100% arabic and selected coffee grain. We have the Minas Gerais region and Esprito Santo, both amazing places from our best brazilian coffee. Health Food: we use only natural products, without added flour or refined sugar, to replace this industrialized products we use a natural sweetner called Xilitol and most natural powder like almond flour. Sustainability: Reuse of materials in the house conception, like de frame of reforested wood with coffee powder, or the paint tin luminaires (used in the conception of the coffee shop). To improve the experience we offer, we provide free water (from a clay filter) and high speed free wi-fi with a free car parking.
