The Meat Shop is a restaurant specialized in grilled meat like "Parrilla Argentina".Born from an owner whish to show to her clients what is high quality meat.The owner,Beth Schreiner, is a vet, who has a large knowledge in catlle and beef production.She is butcher and master griller and travel arround the world looking for new experiences,flavours and recipes.Work mostly with grass beef from Rio Grande do Sul.At the menu the high point are the handmade sausages produced at Meat Shop, the butcher shop beside the restaurant.
