We are not starting a new business! We have a lot to tell about this business, which today they call hamburger, or gourmet hamburger or Delivery, my Father Rubens Cesar Maes, better known as Binho em Blu, started making the famous x-salada la by the 70's, in the then trailer Triton Snacks, it was in front of the main church in Blumenau, and many people already ate the homemade hamburger and mayonnaise sauce, then together with Ugly started working in the Madrugo snacks, where currently stands the Shoping Neunmarketig, then worked in the Big Snacks Of Ugly, Kuka Freska, Romualdo Lanches and so many others in Blumenau and Region, so who ever ate X-salad in Blumenau in some Cafeteria, directly or indirectly ate a snack made by him, why indirectly? Why, my father did and does school, he taught several city professionals to work. And generously passed the secrets of a good snack. That is why we are now arriving in Navegantes, not to open another Business, or to be another one on the seafront venturing, we are bringing a tradition together, we are not on tour.
