O Estrangeiro is a 24 seat restaurant headed by British chef Gavin Thompson. Gavin has spent the last 20+ years training at some of the best kitchens in the UK such as the Dorchester Hotel in London and Gleneagles resort in Scotland as well as several years heading the kitchen of Marco Pierre White's signature restaurant on P&O cruse ships. The cooking at O Estrangeiro is eclectic, mixing flavours and cooking Technics from around the world as well as being heavily influenced by the chefs classic British and French training.
