Salam! Manoosh is a unique foodtruck since it is the only one in Blumenau (and perhaps Santa Catarina) whose oriental snacks are made by the Iranian Maziyar Karimi Malekabadi, with special seasonings from Tehran (imported directly by Manoosh) with all the techniques of cooking that he learned with her mother and and courses she did in her country. The name Manoosh is because of a tribute to the owner's father.
