Shoubai was born by the idea of its two partners in 2009, when they saw a great business opportunity, combining the benefits of Japanese food and fast food. Therefore, due to its product quality and service excellence, it became the market leader and reference. In 2012 opened its franchised store (pilot) in the city of Ribeiro Preto and has been spreading the success of this business model with opening new franchises, being the most recent located in Campinas in Baro Geraldo.
