Designed by brewmaster Nikolaus Bauernebl, the draft beer on Servus takes 22 days to get ready. Initially, light and dark "premium" beers will be produced, as well as seasonal ones such as "bock" for winter and "witbier" for summer. The imposing architecture follows the Art Nouveau style, with a faade that reproduces the brewery of the fifth generation of brewers of the Bauernebl family. Born in Hungary, Nikolaus is a seventh-generation Brewer of the Bauru Monastery Brewery and the former Brahma Brewery (now Ambev) in Agudos. The Servus is in Rua Arnaldo de Jesus Carvalho Munhoz, 3-80, Vila Aviao.
