The Le Bou Bistro reopens for diner with a new concept. In a pioneer action in Brazil, during the first month of operation, the customers were challenged to define the value of the menu. The main idea of the restaurant is to call back the simplicity and the fellow feeling of the french bistros by means of a unusual menu that applied the best techniques to high quality products resulting in very instigating dishes in an affordable price. Highlighting the selection of Cheese Master that chose artisanal Brazilian cheeses, the classical chicken salpicon with green apple and caramelized nuts and the steak with boulangere and bay leaves. With a cozy ambient the dining room allow the costumers to enjoy a unique dining experience.
