Following the success of the first branch in Brazil, Serafina opened its second Sao Paulo location, Serafina Itaim. Housed in a two-story structure on a corner in the hip district, the restaurant features brick walls, wood floors and traditional yellow awnings to shade the sidewalk cafe. The cozy atmosphere can accomodate 80 people and is complimented by shelves made of wine boxes. Futhermore, you can also be inspired to drink a wine after taking a look at the big box of glass full of corks right in front of the bar. The new structure is accented by paintings from Italian artist Michela Martello, who covered the walls with energetic a affreschi which welcomes business professionals, families, friends and couples. Executive Chef Claudio Aliperti developed new dishes that will be served exclusively at the Itaim branch. On the menu, guests can choose from Spaghetti Alla Carbonara, Gnocchi di Mamma, Tagliolini con Filetto to Maialino Al Miele (Pork fillet cooked with honey and ginger served with baked pumpkins). The chef also created a special menu for Happy Hour which clients can taste Arancini di Funghi or Polpettine Frite ( fried and crumbed meat balls served with Marinara sauce).
