With a cuisine inspired by old culinary traditions, Grupo Egeu opened a new restaurant in So Paulo with a mix of great gastronomy, bar and bread atelier. Girarrosto is located in the same adress where Pandoro was lately, at Jardim Europa neighborhood, and it has been through a considerable makeover. The menu is quite assorted, and offers Tuscanys typical pastas, salads and antipasti. The remarkable new refers to the woodstove that gives its name to the restaurant, the Girarrosto - a rotating skewer brought from Italy that cooks in slow temperature, for a long time.In 2011, Girarrosto was elected Brazils greatest Italian restaurant nominated by Prmio Gula, e also elected the Latin Americas best new Italian restaurant by Restaurant Awards.Details
