O pequeno restaurante serve apenas sushis, sashimis, temakis e tirashis – nada de pratos quentes, exceto a fantástica sopinha de vôngoles de cortesia que encerra a refeição. Não tem garçons: enquanto o sushiman e pescador Yoshida-san prepara os pedidos com arroz muito leve e peixes fresquÃssimos, sua mulher, dona Kyoko, serve as duas mesas e os poucos lugares no balcão. Em dias de casa cheia, é preciso ter paciência: Yoshida-san continuará firme no ofÃcio de atender os pedidos sem afobação e com o mesmo capricho de sempre.Mais restaurantes, aqui: http://blog.quebicho.com
If what tou want is tradicional Japanese food, well executed and a cozy atmosphere, then Hamatayo is the place. Small place ran by two people, Mr. Yoshida prepares the food while his wife tends to the diners. We had the Hamatayo Sushi, sort of an Omasake which was the best choice, specially for the smoked salmon, the toro and the ika, all three out of this world.
