Our story begins before the inauguration of the Esfiha and Grill, which was a dream that was being built step by step for a long time. In January 2011, Esfiha e Grill was opened. In the beginning, we only worked at night, with our a la carte dinner and traditional esfihas. In 2013, we inaugurated our lunch schedule, now known throughout the city, featuring typical foods from the Arab and Brazilian cuisines. Now we enter a new journey. The Esfiha and Grill is reborn. In a tribute to the city, whose warm sunshine is always present, and to the family's origins from Syria years ago in the 1920s, we decided on a new name: SHAMS An Arabic word for Sun, always present in our city, warming us every day.
