A convenient place for lunch located within a short walk of the Market Place, Zaidan is popular for its expansive options, economical prices and good desserts. During my stay in Sao Paulo, I headed there a few times, and it wasn’t the same menu every day, thank fully! Chicken, fish, meat, ample salad and some vegetarian selections make the spread really varied. They offer free dessert on Fridays, so be prepared to queue up! The preparation is quite authentic, and they do dabble around in Brazilian as well as international preparations. Food is weighed, and drinks are extra, an approximate per person meal would be about 20-25 reais.
