One of my favorite dining concepts in São Paulo is Japanese ‘Rodizio’ and it gives me a great amount of pleasure to eat unlimited amounts of japanese food. I have seldom had a bad experience but one visit to InstaMaki left a bitter taste in my mouth. I waited for over an hour and all I was served was just 2 spring rolls and a soup. We kept reminding the waiter about our order but he just did not seem to care. After what seemed like an hour and 15 minutes, we decided to walk out of the restaurant as we had just given up hope. The owner did not show the slightest amount of remorse and to top it all charged us the full amount despite us mentioning that it was the worst sushi experience the city had to offer. The service is wayy below average, the cutlery is actually dirty (I had to clean it myself), The food is sinfully greasy and the experience is something I wish to get rid of in the near future.
