The first MAKIS PLACE unit starts operating in Moema district in September 2006. It is the first temakeria of the neighborhood and quickly reaches a huge success within the young public. In 2013, Temakeria MAKIS PLACE reaches more than 100 units in Brazil, consolidating its leadership position at the National level (largest Sushi Restaurant Network in Brazil) and at the International level (the largest Sushi Restaurant Network in the Americas. In the year 2017 was the turn of four striking releases. The Poke Makis, a rice-based or salad mix, salmon cubes, tuna or other fish, vegetables and fruits. Lots of news for the veggie crowd. In addition to the hot options Makis Ball, ball with salmon shavings, cream cheese, chives and spicy souce sauce, wrapped in crunchy shell. And Nigui Crunch, niguiri with shari (Japanese type rice), salmon sashimi overhead, chives and spicy souce sauce, then breaded in a crunchy cone.
