Bolero Restaurant, was open it's doors at 17/2/1999 by it's owner Vangelis based on the idea of simple & honest Mediterranean and Greek Gastronomy. With over 30 years of experience in the restaurant business, distinctions and awards for the Greek & Mediterranean Cuisine, we fulfilled our desire for "return to the basics" in our restaurant. We rely on the local production and the seasonality of Ionian land for the creation of our menu.
