The restaurant has a central location on the pedestrian promenade overlooking of the sea /within 2 minutes walking from the well known hotel "Admiral". Restaurant "The Old House" combines authentic Bulgarian atmosphere of a traditional house with a beautiful patio where fresh organic vegetables, herbs and flowers are grown. There are many places for outdoor seating around a landscaped courtyard. Inside the venue there is a large dining space furnished with traditional wooden furniture. On the other side of the house there is a spacious terrace with beautiful sea views. The restaurant serves up the most traditional Bulgarian dishes prepared according to old recipes - traditional sac platters, various stews and dishes in clay pots /kavarma, kapama and others/, tasty appetizer dips/as Aubergine sauce (kiopolu) and tomato chutney (liutenitsa)/, homemade bread, grilled meats and refreshing salads. Every evening a whole lamb/pork and chicken/ is roasted on a spit on fire the so called Cheverme /one of the trademarks of the Bulgarian cuisine/. The above delicacies are usually consumed with a glass of good wine. The Bulgarian wines are famous for their superb taste. Another popular alcoholic beverage in the country is the rakia /made from grapes, plum, pears or other fruites/. Every evening a gypsy orchestra takes care of cheerful mood. The orchestra performs music of different styles, languages that will satisfy even the most delicate desires of the guests of the restaurant.
