Had breakfast there and it was ok, but the portions were small. The scrambled eggs were good, but got only one slice of bacon and a small cup of coffee. When they charge western prices you also expect western standards.
I am served with cold Khor Ko and it takes long wait. The service was quite slow. And the staffs are cold and unfriendly.
Tried here once for breakfast. I tried their Pho which was awful. Price was not really cheap but taste and quality were bad. Service was unfriendly. Only nice thing about here was you could enjoy the sea view from upstair seats.
Cute place with second floor seating overlooking the tight tiny village of tourist area of Kep. Good curries and cheap cocktails from a gigantic menu.
