At Agave Cocina, we are incredibly committed to these three values and hold them in very high regard; not in only the cuisine we serve, but for the service, the music, the ambiance, the atmosphere and your overall dining experience. For us its not just about the food and drink, but about creating memories for friends and families that will last forever! Agave Cocina is fortunate to occupy a rustic villa on street 426 in the Toul Tompoung area of Phnom Penh, giving the restaurant the perfect feel that it needed to deliver the overall experience we were looking to offer. We are a restaurant, a cantina and a terraza, offering up 3 unique experiences within a single venue. Our entire commitment to our delivery of these services for both food and drink is paramount. From our lunch to our dinner services, and in our take-out to our premium home delivery service, Agave Cocina will strive to deliver the consistency and quality that our clientele will not only expect, but deeply appreciate. Agave Cocina will deliver that authentic Mexican food and dining experience with a bit of contemporary flair, using handcrafted, locally-produced, fresh, natural ingredients with no preservatives or trans fatty acids. Sustainable, local seafood, organic locally produced pork, hormone-free chicken, beef, eggs, rice and beans. Most of our cuisine is gluten-free with much focus on maseca flour, a gluten free corn flour that we use in our freshly made corn tortillas, tamales, papusas, gorditas, arepas and more. The only main exception to this is in the homemade flour tortillas that we offer. We compose all our menu items from scratch including sauces, fillings, condiments, salsas, tortillas and guacamole. At Agave Cocina, everything is made to order with our focus on flavor, texture, presentation, quality and consistency! Locally grown fresh seasonal fruits, all-natural and preservative-free juices, and premium fruit purees are in all of our signature margaritas and specialty cocktails. At Agave Cocina we will offer over 40 types and styles of mezcal and tequila, which will be the largest selection of sipping premium tequilas in all of Cambodia.
