Bagel and Japanese bread freshly baked every morning. No preservatives, no margarine in SANCHA's bread-dough. The thrill of SANCHA is its originality. The familiar Japanese breads and some Japanized European kinds of bread are here, while they have been rendered exceptional by sheer culinary creativity. I have spent a few years (4 ) in NEY YORK, so I know a thing or three about bagels. There offerings are nothing to get excited about. Why eat average Western food when there is so much cheap local food available ?

The plain bagels are the only thing I care for at this Japanese bakery. They are surprisingly heavy and good for Phnnom Penh standards.

Everything looked so fresh and delicious. The cinnamon roll was so good I had to go back in for a second one. Prices were good, too. There’s even a stand out front selling coffee. Would highly recommend.
