They serve snow ice cream and there were lots of kids. Great place to cool down, but it isn’t an ordinary cafe where we feel comfortable eating and sitting for long.
The shaved / snow ice dessert is absolutely spectacular. The price is very reasonable, very good environment and the staffs are friendly and professional too. This is a must try dessert place for me each time I am in Phnom Penh.
