Came here for an afternoon cocktail and relax. Great place to sit and watch the sunset. Cocktails are from $3-$5 USD and are pretty delicious. Great place to go if you want to avoid the more touristy rooftop bars. Lovely waitress who was very attentive.

Away from the riverside area, this rooftop bar offers great views of the rest of Phnom Penh. Is a great spot the watch the sun go down and have a few drinks. The only disappointing thing was they didn’t have a happy hour.
