Food was good, service was great; this was my go-to spot when I wanted peace and quiet with good food and wine.
My partner and I love this restaurant for their oysters and incredible steaks! If you want to treat yourself to an incredible meal in an elegent yet casual spot in the center of Phnom Penh, Caravan is it!
