Vehaa is a new concept restaurant in the midst of Phnom Penh's skyline. The concept is a minimalist-modern architectural project. Vehaa as a restaurant and a cocktail bar & pool on the rooftop. Vehaa cuisine is a mixture of Khmer and Western cuisine presented under tapas. The Vehaa's Skybar will have a traditional and original wine and cocktails menu with music performance during special events.
